5. Payments and Transactions
- All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
- Maatix may charge a transaction fee on sales made through the platform.
- Refunds are generally not available once an Asset has been downloaded unless required by law.
6. Licensing and Usage Rights
- Buyers do not own the intellectual property rights of purchased Assets; they receive a license for permitted use.
- Sellers must clearly define the licensing terms (e.g., personal use, commercial use, extended license).
- Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of purchased Assets is prohibited.
7. Content Guidelines & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
